Q: What is the transit time to Europe?
A: Main European ports: 30-40 days (vessel to port). Including customs and delivery: 35-50 days door-to-door. UK: 25-35 days separately.

Q: What are the advantages of shipping from Shenzhen?
A: Frequent Europe-destined sailings, flexible cut-off times, convenient pickup across South China, and direct LCL consolidation reducing transit time.

Q: What is VAT deferral?

Q: Is there a difference between shipping to the UK and the EU after Brexit?
A: Yes. The UK is no longer part of the EU Customs Union. Shipments to the UK require separate customs clearance with different VAT policies. We handle them separately to ensure compliance.

Q: Any special requirements for Amazon FBA?
A: Yes — FNSKU labels and "Made in China" labels required on each carton. Pallets must meet EU standards (1.2m x 0.8m or 1.2m x 1.0m) with height not exceeding 1.8m. EORI or VAT number required in advance for customs clearance.

Q: What goods cannot be shipped via DDP?
A: Europe prohibits certain animal/plant products, infringing goods, specific e-cigarettes, etc. Most general cargo is acceptable. If unsure, please provide the product name and we will confirm.
